Rosh Hashanah
This year, Rosh Hashanah begins at sunset on 22nd September and lasts until sunset on 24nd September. We will hold a family celebration on Sunday 21st September at. 2PM with crafts and activities for the youngsters, apples & honey, and holiday food to share.

Yom Kippur
Yom Kippur begins at sunset on 1st October until sunset on 2nd October this year. Progressive Yom Kippur services will be available online with our friends at the Ark Synagogue – please click here for further details.

Sukkot
This year Sukkot will begin on the evening of 6th October until the evening of 13th October. This year we hope to continue our annual tradition of building a sukkah in the woods with the children and having a picnic. Details will be confirmed closer to the time, weather depending.

Simchat Torah
Simchat Torah begins at sunset on 13th October until sunset on 14th October this year. To celebrate the arrival in Belfast of our new Torah scroll, there will be a special Simchat Torah celebration on 12th October at 11am. Join us for a family service, and our first opportunity to dance with the scroll as a Progressive community!
We also hope to join with three of our fellow communities who have received a scroll for a Jewish Small Communities Ireland joint celebration in November – further details will be announced.
